MechSwap reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or applicable laws.

6. Transactions

MechSwap facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers but does not take ownership of machinery listed on the platform. All transactions are subject to:

• Agreement between buyer and seller on price and terms
• Verification of machinery condition and specifications
• Payment processing through our secure payment system
• Compliance with applicable export/import regulations
• Proper documentation and transfer of ownership

7. Prohibited Activities
